I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time (and 10 minutes before they opened) and I was quickly greeted! they knew who I was and had the keys to the loaner car in hand and I was quickly on my way home. I am so grateful for the great service I was given, and I loved how they take care of educators. I got an oil change, a full inspection, and my tires rotated. They sent me a video going over everything they found in the inspection, fluids they topped off, the details for the oil change, and other specifics on what needs to be watched and fixed next (need brakes soon). Thanks Gosch Ford!

I have my truck serviced there a couple of days ago. Everything was supposed to be okay. I picked up my truck ran some errands and one home. I put about 35 or so miles on it. Next morning the truck didn't start I contacted Joseph in service and let him know what's going on. He never got back with me. The communication with this dealership was awful. They don't even have the decency to let me know what's going on and communicate with me.

I needed a new set of tires and a new draglink for my truck . I called in and talked to a nice lady named Nina. She helped me to find the proper size tires and directed me patiently to get the correct part for my truck. Thanks again for your kindness and sorry for my lack of car knowledge

Ram from express lane was very helpful. He assisted me and walked me through the process and car was done faster than expected. He topped that with a nice discount at the end.

We recently used Gosch Ford Temecula's mobile service, meaning instead of dropping off you car at the dealership for service, they come to you. Our service tech was Dante and he was OUTSTANDING. He got our oil change and tire rotation, and inspection done in just under an hour, was supremely friendly and professional, and during his inspection let us know our engine air filter and cabin air filters should be replaced, and that our brakes and tires were still in great shape. Just outstanding, honest service. Highly recommend their mobile service.
