Had a roadside mechanical/cooling system issue in my Audi Q5 while on a road trip a long way from home. Maurice was able to quickly diagnose the problem and come up with a repair solution. We brought in our 2013 Volkswagen Beetle turbo for an oil leak. They identified the problem quickly and recommended also swapping out the OEM plastic water pump for an aluminum one. They also cleaned the engine. They actually care! They were on time and very helpful.

Worked hard to try and get the insurance to honor their contract and when the insurance would only cover a cheap Chinese knock off they explained why they wouldn’t recommend it. Ended up paying the difference through their finance program. They worked hard for me and on my BMW.
