I had an excellent experience at Grand Auto Collison when I was involved in a third-party insurance accident. They were very good at communicating what the process was. My parked car was struck by a u-haul one morning leaving significant damage to my door and a broken window. When I went out to clean it up and cover up the window to prevent any weather issues, one of the tow trucks for this garage was outside waiting for me to offer his services! This saved me a lot of stress and effort on finding a reputable body shop to repair the damages and got the process underway quickly. While insurance was a bit of a pain, the shop was extremely helpful in working with them to move things along and get me my car back as soon as they could and ensuring that I would be able to travel home to Buffalo for Christmas. The quality of the work done was excellent and my car looks basically brand new again, including detailing of the interior. I would highly recommend the services of this garage to anyone needing collision repair on their vehicle and will be taking my business back to them if I'm ever in need of additional collision repair in the future!

First off I would like to give a shout out to Pete for all the help and information he provided from the day of my accident to the day of me picking up my repaired vehicle. He helped expedite a rental car for me to get to work and helped my wife and I get the information we needed to get through this rough patch. I also want to thank the autobody workers and office staff for their courteous and amazing skills! The office staff provided excellent customer service and the workers who repaired my vehicle did an excellent job making the damage look like it never happened! I would highly recommend this place if you are in need of repair due to an accident!

Jesse was the guy who picked me up. He was great, very helpful, very friendly. The same goes for the girl at the front desk who handled all the communication between insurance and repair. Because of these 2 people, I give it 2 stars. It lacks 5 stars because of the repair. The exterior body was fixed beautifully..... but the repairmen messed up my tires. They gave me new tires, which I appreciate, but I dont think was necessary. However, they did not place the tires on properly. Bolts are missing, as well as other pieces. And they also did not seal the tire properly. So as I'm driving, my tires are constantly deflating. I work busy hours in a hospital and can't always bring my car to them on the time they said. They were inconvenient at this point, and not customer service friendly to work around my schedule AND the fact that they were the ones who messed up. They mentioned they'd call back but never did. I would have hoped that they'd be timely and available to correct the mistakes. Instead, I went to another shop to pay... and fix this. Overall - they got the job done, but it was half a$$ed. I would not come back due to the fact that they fixed one problem, but caused another.

It’s hard to know what places to trust - these guys are beyond trustworthy and we’ll be using them from here on out. They’re very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process, they’re attentive to your concerns, and answer them honestly whilst facilitating any solutions. The customer service was great and our car was repaired in less than 2 weeks. It looks brand new. They truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
