We always get exceptional service from Grand Auto Works & recommend it to all our friends. The talented workers there can fix any issue expediently and never over charge. For such a prime location & posh looking office to provide excellent service with reasonable prices makes for some very loyal customers. We especially appreciate Ryan who helped recently when a light was out. Had the headlamp repaired in minutes in the middle of a busy day. Very grateful!!

I was looking to replace my front speakers as my driver's side speaker had started making a rattling noise. I was under the impression that both front speakers were going to cost $400 based on the verbal quote I received from Ryan. He later claimed that the quote was only for one speaker which I found odd considering industry standard is to replace both speakers at the same time. Aside from that, I don't recall him ever mentioning that he was only going to replace the driver's side speaker. He did not review my receipt or his work afterwards so I was only made aware of the issue once I got in my car because my speakers sounded weird. On top of that, the speaker he replaced was a completely different brand. Compared to the original speaker that was still in my passenger side, the speaker sounded cheap and poor. I was also never notified about the speaker change. Ryan claims that he ordered the correct speaker but unfortunately the wrong one was delivered and then he still chose to install a completely different speaker without letting me know first! He acted completely shocked and oblivious when I mentioned that the sound in my car was odd. I feel like it's basic professionalism to call the customer regarding any changes so they can be approved before proceeding with the service. Had I been notified that the original speaker was unavailable, I would have declined the service. After taking it to another shop to be fixed, I saw the work Ryan had done and was completely shocked at the unprofessionalism. He had cut my old speaker off from the adapter and then punctured a hole in the new one he installed! The whole experience has been really unsettling and disappointing, just really unprofessional overall. My advice to others would be: be proactive, ask for a written quote, ask them to thoroughly review the receipt, and have them show you the work done on your vehicle afterwards. Any objection/avoidance to these basic good business practices should be a red flag.

What a great find! Grand auto works reviews are all true.. I went to them today to fix a problem with my passenger side window regulator motor on my Honda Element. It's been 2 weeks worrying and the dealer was too high of a price and 2 window companies never got back to me. I called Ryan on Thursday and I got an appointment Fri morning. He discussed 2 different solutions. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and such a fair reasonable price, I finally found a good hearted place, that cares about quality, service and fair pricing. I'm so excited I found this place. While there I overheard him talking to customers and he was not trying to fix something that did not need it yet. His customers really like this place bc he doesn't rip you off. He's so chill and so is the whole place, modern and enjoyable waiting. I'm so impressed. I will be a customer for my Honda Element forever and will share my great new mechanic reviews with others. Ryan, Thank you for helping me,and my window being fixed quickly was a bonus, you made my day. I'll be back soon I have a few more things to do on my car. 👍 Great job Grand Auto Works I am so grateful.

Love this place so much! Ryan is the best ! He really cares about your needs an the needs of your car! He knows what he’s doing . Him an his team are super professional and friendly I needed my breaks changed and he did it quick an efficiently and he also gave me a heads up I will need a new radiator in about six months ! So I am super lucky he gave me a heads up !! They really have your back here love the energy an genuine care they put into their work ! Thank you guys!!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Ryan, the owner of Grand Auto Works, and he truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they complete the necessary repairs in a remarkably timely manner ensuring I was back on the road quickly, but they also demonstrated a commendable level of cost-consciousness.
