I had an outstanding experience with Mike Levine from the service center. From the moment I arrived, he provides the professional, friendly and efficient service. He explains everything clearly and make sure I understood the service my vehicle needed. I really appreciate the honestly and transparency throughout the process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. As I settled down with a cup of the fresh coffee, I was greeted by Bryan Loh, the technician who would be working on my car. He assured me that my car would receive the professional service as stated in the work order. I was very happy with the service performed on my car with extra care taken to protect the interior and exterior of my car . Highly recommend this service center to anyone who looking for top-notch automotive service.

Darrell Page is incredible at his job. Listened to all my concerns and suggested services that my auto needed. He’s very knowledgeable and personable, very good at his job. You can tell he loves what he does and cares for the customer. A fantastic service experience! I would highly recommend this dealership and particularly this service advisor! Well done Darrell ! I’ve worked with Chris Carbone at Grand Prix Subaru a few times now, and every experience has been nothing short of excellent. Whether it’s a simple oil change and inspection, like my most recent visit, or something bigger—like when I needed new tires—Chris always makes the process smooth and stress-free. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything about my car’s service, and makes sure I leave with my car in the best condition possible. What I appreciate most is his great communication—he keeps me updated throughout my visit and ensures I know exactly what’s going on with my car. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and their cars. Chris is one of the biggest reasons why I recommend Grand Prix Subaru—their customer service is amazing, and he truly goes above and beyond. He kept me aware of the progress in my vehicle. He advised me of items needing immediate attention and their cost. I’ve used the dealer for service to my vehicle and will continue to do so.
