I have used Graydon a couple times in the past and had no issues. Last week I had my A/C repaired. Dropped off at 10, got the quote at 11 and it was done at 5. Great. The not great: after I got home and took a look at the invoice I saw that I was charged for 11 hours of labor. So, I called to see what’s up. I was told that they bill book hours, even when the job takes a fraction of that time. So the “book” said 11 hours, so thats what they billed me, even though the job took half that long. They said everyone bills that way, though this is the first time in my 54 years of being billed double the hours for a job. They call it normal…I call it dishonest. I will most definitely not use them again.

These guys are fantastic! I needed an oil change, but I received new license plates and just couldn't remove the old ones because the screws were rusted on. Not only did they remove the old plate, they put the new one on along with the sticker. I went to pay and they only charged for the oil change. Fantastic customer service and they were all friendly. I'll be back again!

Highly recommended! I came into this place a nervous wreck from another shop's lies, and not honoring warranty work. I was about to be in the hole for another additional $2-$3k. Graydon (Bob, great mechanic!) identified the problem quickly, and it turned out that I didn't need another clutch job all over again. Thank you Jay and Brandon for your awesome customer support and looking out for the customers in Greer! You guys are the best!!! Great service!!!
