I've been taking mine and my wife's vehicles to Grease Monkey for years. I trust this place to provide timely recommendations on services and little to no pressure to purchase said services. They're always happy to give you a rundown on if it's needed or can wait until a later date. In the years I've been going to them, only once did I experience any issues. However, they were quick to take accountability for it, apologize, remedy the issue, and make it right with me by comping me the service. Although it looked busy when I came in, they were efficient and thorough! I was in and out in no time even with them performing a diagnostic on my electrical system and battery. They installed a new battery at an exceptional price with a 4 year warranty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the waiting area was cozy and my daughter especially liked that they had hot chocolate on hand! I couldn't be happier and will absolutely be back for any car service needs I have in the future!

I love Greece Monkey. They are always fast and efficient. Even if there is a line the wait is never insane. The guys and lady are very welcoming and nice. They let you know what you need but don't make you feel forced to purchase anything. Thanks for being amazing!!

This place is only good for an oil change. Maybe put some air in your tires or change a filter. Other than that ,RUN FOREST RUN, if you have a mechanical issue, just take your car somewhere else because they're going to dig a deeep hole in your pocket. Stay safe, everybody.

When my starter went out we had just moved to Omaha about 2 months previously. We had Grease Monkey recommended To Us by a friend. When I contacted them on an estimate they got back to me very promptly and I have my car back in one day. I cannot say enough good things about them the staff is extremely courteous and kind and they do absolutely great work. I know for now one this will be my go-to place
