Great Bear Auto Center

My husband took his car to be fixed the car started to shut off a day later , he took the car back and they said they fixed the issues . A day letter all the light came on. He had to get the car towed to a shop . Come to find out they didn’t put the right part in . When he went back and told them they didn’t even say sorry or offer any compensation!!! He wind up spending an extra 500 it get is car fixed smh

Don’t trust these crooks. Had a car with brake problems and dropped it off at their store and was waiting to hear the status of estimate of the repairs and how much. They didn’t contact me at the number I gave them and had to call them multiple times. They had given an estimate of over $900 just to fix the back brakes which seemed excessive. When I declined to have the brakes fix their and rather find a different store they tried to lower the price to $700 when i went to retrieve my car. The alternate place I went to had it done for $500 and were very good and professional. Me and my family had been going to this place for years and have grown frustrated with how they seem to charge exorbitant amounts while having an attitude about us bringing in our vehicles. Avoid this place there are better alternatives!

Family run business that provides knowledgeable and excellent service. Recently, Rich and Rich Jr. ran diagnostics on my car and spent time explaining what was causing the difficulty. They completely resolved the issue. I have been going to Great Bear for years as this is the only place I trust with the mechanics of my car. Their service has been reliable every time. I recommend them to everyone. This was my first experience with Great Bear and I really enjoyed it. They are super professional and honest. They did not try to push any unnecessary service or component, quite the contrary, I was told my rear braking pads were a little worn out, but could safely be used for one more month. Besides that the service was extremely fast, well done, and they have one of the best prices around. I am really pleased by this first experience. Richie and Dave definitely got themselves a returning customer.
