I just passed by this place, and I still remember the poor treatment and lack of attention from the person who attended me. I remember that day perfectly. I was looking for places close to my house so I wouldn’t have to go too far, and I found this place. When I arrived, I walked through the door and approached the reception area, where an older gentleman was making some notes on the computer. I waited politely for him to finish so he could assist me. However, I noticed that he was taking his time and never looked up to acknowledge me or ask me to sit down. So, I decided to sit on my own. When he was finally available, he called me over and asked what I needed, but his tone was far from welcoming. I realized that I would need patience to deal with him. I explained that I was looking for new tires and an alignment. At that time, my English was not very good, so I asked him if he spoke Spanish because he had a somewhat Latin appearance. His response made me feel uncomfortable, and I sensed that the conversation would not go smoothly. Despite this, I continued speaking in my intermediate English. He gave me a quote, and I took a moment to decide whether to go forward with the service. When I finally agreed, he asked for my car keys. At that point, I wanted to take the opportunity to run some errands while they worked on my car, so I asked one of the workers how long the job would take. At that moment, the gentleman exploded and rudely told me that I couldn’t speak to the workers and that I just had to wait. While I understand his position, his response was unnecessarily rude, and he reiterated in an unpleasant tone that I had to wait. In conclusion, this place offers good prices, but don’t expect friendly service when you visit. Friend, if this message ever reaches you, I apologize if I was disrespectful to you in any way. However, to be completely honest, you made me feel very bad from the moment I walked through the door. I hope that in the future, you pay more attention to how you treat people so that neither I nor anyone else has to go through a similar situation. Best regards.

The Great Mall Tire Outlet provided exceptional service when I needed new tires for both my wife's car and my truck. When my wife's car had a flat tire, the staff, particularly Frank, acted quickly and efficiently to order a replacement and get the car back on the road in no time. Frank was upfront about the timeline and clearly communicated the next steps. I also needed to change the tires on my truck, and Frank gave me an honest assessment, advising that I could get another 5,000 miles out of the current tires, which saved me money. I'll definitely return to Great Mall Tire Outlet for all my future tire needs given their fast, transparent, and trustworthy service.

This place is now my go to place for Car Tires , Brakes, etc. I came here to get my tire fix due to punctures. The owner said he can fix it even the puncture is borderline the sidewall. Other tire ship would have said no and offer a tire replacement instead. Then I realized he also replaces batter and other service. I went ahead for battery replacement and tire rotation. The owner got the job done in an hour although there are 2 cars ahead of me. The best part, he did the tire rotation as a complimentary service. This place is a good example of Small Business, with Great Empathy. Understands the customers needs , will not upsell you anything, get the job done right and efficiently and then still go above and beyond. You have a customer for life Mr. Frank.
