I would give a minus star if there is an option. I went to this place last april for my left and right axle replacement(cost is $900+). My car runs like normal but a month later I started to have problems with my transmission. As a normal person I had no idea what the transmission was until I took my car to another mechanic shop. I was told that the axles didn't install properly. I am having a leak on my left axle that is connected to the transmission. I took my car back to this store and trying to see how is the customer service at this place, the manager and the mechanic both said the axles installed with professional way and no problems. If I wanted to check why there is a leaking there it will cost another $300 just to remove and check. I ended up didn't do it there because I don't trust them. I think the mechanic probably new or did that on purpose. Beware of this place. Even the manager looks nice but ...they might be crooks!

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. Three words to sum up my experience: crooks, misogynists, and rude. Earlier this week, I went in for a simple car inspection, but from the moment I walked in, I sensed something was off. The mechanic, Wasir, claimed I needed two new rear tires, which raised immediate suspicions as my car is a 2022 model with only about 20,000 miles. The front desk worker quoted me $220 for the tires, which I initially thought was for both. Then he clarified, "Uh, each!"—which was absurd considering these tires typically cost between $100-$150 each. To be cautious, I told them I needed to call my father because the car is technically a company vehicle. The second I mentioned that, Wasir suddenly "discovered" a major oil leak. Another red flag. I asked him to document everything, and he even insisted I hold the tire gauge to prove he wasn’t lying. At the time, I felt uneasy but went along with it. Upon researching later, I discovered that he had deliberately positioned the gauge on an elevated part of the tire to exaggerate the wear. I left and sought second opinions from two trusted mechanics. Both confirmed that my car was in perfect condition—no issues with the tires or any oil leak. Feeling deceived, I returned to confront the business. When I asked the front desk about their shady tactics, they blamed the mechanic, and when I confronted Wasir, he blamed the front desk. The lack of accountability was almost comical. Things took a nasty turn when I informed Wasir that I had gotten second opinions. He became extremely disrespectful, rolling his eyes, turning his back on me, and dismissively saying there was no point in discussing it further. When I pointed out that they had tried to take advantage of a young woman who they thought wouldn’t know any better, he barked back, "No, because you’re a woman, you think you’re always right!" This place is nothing short of a scam run by con artists. Their behavior is disgusting, and their blatant disrespect toward women is appalling. Avoid them at all costs—don’t let yourself be tricked by these crooks.

If you look at my review history for a lot of restaurants, I'm not that hard to please. So I go around giving a lot of 5 Star Reviews as long as the food is good and the staff is friendly. I came by today because my sensor was off for my tires and wanted to have them checked in case of screws or nails. I had gotten my tires at this shop 4 years ago during the pandemic. I came telling the gentleman (Paul) wearing the BP T-shirt. He said he was busy and tells me to come back at 4PM. So 40 minutes later I come back. The gentleman Paul who had the BP t-shirt today 8/10/2024 not only had an attitude, asked me if the sensor was on and was bothered that I wanted to get my tires checked and if I needed 4 tires changed I would have bought them then and there today. Instead Paul tells me that for him to check the four tires it would cost me more than $20 to get it checked and when I told him that I'm a customer here and gotten my tires here. He checks the system to make sure I was a customer and gives me an attitude because now he was wrong and tells me that if its the sensors that I would have to go to Subaru dealer for the sensors. I asked him to check the tires for nails or screws, so that in case I need new tires I would like to get them here. He tells me that in order for him to check the tires he would have to use the lift and he would have to charge me the $20. What kind of tire shop charges $20 for a returning customer, gives you an attitude, who wants to buy 4 tires if I need them tells me that I have to go check about the sensors with the Subaru dealer when he hasn't even checked the tire and continues to give you an attitude? If you read the reviews here, it's pretty bad as it is... I hope that the management fires this guy Paul who's handling the front desk and maybe the business will do better. It's sad to see this type of service, I drive by here everyday and this is the BP gas station that I get my gas literally every week.

This place won't be in business for much longer. If you need a tire honestly just go somewhere else. Aside from the extremely low quality customer service, their prices are ridiculous. I don't usually give reviews unless service is exceptional or just terrible... This is the latter. Go somewhere else and avoid this train wreck shop. I wouldn't send my own mother here.

The oil change was fast but noticed a dent in front of the car after we stopped at the supermarket down the road, the car has been parked for 4 months in a underground garage and was the first time out, I'll never go back there.
