Green Oak Tire

Green Oak Tire is simply awesome. Had new tires installed last year. One started losing pressure slowly. Backed up to there work area and within 20 minutes they replaced the leaking valve stem core. Dawn and her crew have been providing excellent service for a long time. I recommend them to one and all!

You bent my rim. You also told me my new tire was not the right size for the rim so you had to put a tube in it. In reality, the only reason the tire needed a tube was because you sliced the sidewall. You also tried to charge me extra for the tube. After removing all your handiwork from my rim I straightened it. Cleaned the bead edge (guess you guys don't do that), and installed a replacement tire. I really regret taking my business to you guys. You cost me time and money. You should have been honest about your mistake and offered to replace my tire. Instead you tried to hide your mistake and then tried to charge me extra for it.
