I am a single mother and was having a hard time getting my car to start. Two people recommended Doyle to me. I finally got my car to crank up took my car to his shop an dropped it off. He had my car for a few days but kept communicating with me. He figured out what was wrong with my car!!! He fixed my car and told me if I had any more issues to let him know. Very reasonable prices. Recently visited the area and had an issue with the cooling fan on my van. Doyle was able to get me fixed up so that we could safely make it home. He was extremely knowledgeable and I couldn’t be more appreciative of his help. Highly recommend his business.

Green’s Auto provided us with exceptional, professional, timely, and awesome service. My daughter is attending WCU and needs to get brakes. I brought my car in this morning and described the problem with my car and asked if they could help me. I was so appreciative that they helped me especially with their busy schedule and they were all very professional and pleasant. They also explained very clearly what the problem was with my car and what was required to repair the vehicle. Two hours later I felt so relieved and extremely grateful that the car was repaired. Over a year ago, my husband called Green’s for an emergency on our new-to-us Toyota Tacoma. We had an out-of-town camping trip the next day, and were faced with the possibility of having to bail on our friends. Turns out that some of the modifications that the previous owner made was compromising the way the truck operates when it’s in 4WD, which we use often. On this our first contact with the business, Doyle and his team were able to diagnose the issue and find the hard-to-come-by part that same afternoon. It was such a save to get that resolved on top of the fact that they could even see us on such short notice. We were very grateful and easily became loyal customers from then on. Whether it’s regular maintenance or sudden troubles, Green’s continues to come through timely and with fair prices. We always feel confident we’ll be taken care of and treated with kindness. Doyle is always keeping track of what falls under warranty so that we can save where we can, and from speaking with him we’re confident that he and his team are knowledgeable about their work, always presenting honest diagnostics and solutions. And when we needed a second car, I’m glad I thought to ask him if he knew of anyone selling used because he was a great resource. Not only did he have the ability to offer a car that he was working on at the time, but he had the local contact to point me in the direction of another car that ended up being just the right fit for what I needed. As a business and as individuals, there is enough integrity, fairness, and kindness to elicit the confidence we have in remaining happy customers at Green’s.
