If I could give zero I would. It's so unfortunate. We took our car to Josh because we wanted to support small business. There's something to be said for taking it to a bigger place because they don't make excuses for why they have your car for 3 weeks! We started with him because our car was overheating. My husband had changed the thermostat with no luck so we took it here for a water pump. He got it done quick but that also wasn't the problem. We took it to Coughlin next to get a good diagnosis who said it was the head gasket. They quoted us a high amount so we called Josh who quoted a much cheaper price. Again wanting to support small business we took it to him. I have never been treated so poorly by someone that was completely in the wrong. He never answers his phone, his voicemail is full so that was a no go and he has zero communication skills. After him having the car for 10 days, I had to track him down on his personal FB page. He promised the car on a certain day so I was happy that at least he answered us. Now keep in mind my husband had tried multiple times on multiple days to get in touch with him with no luck at all. So the day he promised came and went and of course still no communication. At this point we were considering calling the police to come with us so we could take possession of our car to take somewhere else so we could have it back. I work downtown Columbus, my husband works overnights so we needed that car bad but he just didn't care. I stopped by his shop a week later and he said he would have it done the next day. I told him that he has to communicate to, if nothing else, calm people down after not talking to them at all to which he answered that he didn't agree! He just didn't understand why I was angry after him having our car for 2 1/2 weeks! It's a 3 day job according to him and he blamed us for taking it first to Coughlin. Unreal! We finally got a call that the car was almost done but that when he put the engine back together he forgot an oil pan gasket so it was blowing oil! WTH? We have our car back but I won't drive it any distance because I just don't trust him. I noticed someone else had said he used an excuse of being sick or an emergency.. he used the same ones on us. Again it's a shame because small businesses have it rough to begin with but if you are trying to make something of your business you have to communicate. You just can't hold someones car for weeks without them getting cranky! It sure has soured us on using any small businesses period!

Never had any issues from building a engine to wheel bearing. Highly recommended. Pricing is reasonable, and no worries that the job didn't get done.

Took my car here because I broke a bolt on my wife’s alternator changing serpentine belt. Called they said bring in and they had it fix before we could finish lunch. Very reasonable price and fast. They have a customer for life now. Sure appreciate them

These guys are amazing. The customer service is top notch! I walked in with no notice and Shad dropped everything to help us! Our trailer wiring suddenly stopped working on a trip to Hilliard from Chelsea, MI. He diagnosed and repaired faulty wiring at the trailer and had us on our way in lass than 1/2 hour. Amazing! Highly recommend Shad and the team at Griffin!

After showing up twice to have work done on my car. Both times the shop was locked and no one was there. The first time there was a sign saying they were closed due to an emergency. I get that, and thankfully I just lived in town after driving there. Was able to call the next day and reschedule myself. Then showed up on my scheduled date again and the door was locked and no one there. Tried calling with no answer I would suggest somewhere that’s a little more professional.
