So 4 hours later my truck is sliding off the flat bed over a cliff. After the tow truck driver was stuck for 3 hours nowhere even near my truck. No reason for him to be in the location. Have pictures and videos of everything. U broke my truck. Wasted 4 plus hours I mean it's cold as heck and they are still out there and tis driver it's obviously his first day. The video makes me wanna vomit. And I'm supposed to have faith he is gonna get my man home safely. U can't even get my truck on the tow truck safely. I refuse to pay for any of this. I also will be taking it to the mechanic in the morning for an estimate of the damage your driver caused. This is so unprofessional if he couldn't do it he shoulda called for help. 1130 this started it's 333 this is insanity. My truck was on the road. It's now over a cliff. How does that happen!!!

After sliding off the road last night due to icy conditions in Union Furnace, I contacted them for roadside assistance. They responded promptly to my request and showed up right on time, exactly when they said they would. The team was kind, understanding, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. Took over two hours to arrive after being dispatched, and took 45 minutes to change one tire. Technician did not know how to release spare under truck, he didn’t know where to jack it up to remove and replace the tire, and did not check psi or add air!

Do not ever take your car here. They don’t know what they’re doing and they destroyed mine. Then they charge me $4000 for beater that they created not to mention they had the car for three months and it was absolutely filthy inside when I took it to the Ford dealership, they told me it was no longer drivable. I took it there for a spark plug change. And I provided the factory spark plugs to go with my car.

I was travelling from out of state and needed an oil change. They got me in right away (I did have to come in early) and they took care of it - even getting in the special oil I needed . Reasonable pricing. Waiting room was pleasant - and clean.
