I would say that, based on my past experiences with mechanics, it’s usually been terrible. Walking into GT Imports, I expected the same. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was the best experience I’ve had so far. Although they couldn’t fix my car at the moment due to parts being unavailable, they reached the same conclusion about which parts needed to be replaced as I did through my own research. That gave me confidence in their expertise, and the cost of the diagnosis was fair and reasonable. Good communication is key, and they were spot-on. If you’re not mechanically savvy, dealing with mechanics and technical terminology can be challenging. I encourage anyone facing mechanical issues to do some research on the problem beforehand. Having a basic understanding of the potential causes can help ensure everyone is on the same page and prevent any miscommunication. That said, Walter was very clear and helpful. I truly believe that if there’s something you don’t understand—whether it’s about the function of a part or the necessity of a repair—he would be more than willing to take the time to explain it in detail. So, always feel free to ask questions. Everyone there was very helpful, and I highly recommend GT Imports!

Excellent customer service and affordable pricing! GT imports has serviced my Mercedes multiple times and I'm very pleased with their services.
