I’ve been going to GTM for many years. Mark has always been wonderful in explaining the work needed and at a fair price. Christian the newer addition to the front check in and out has been such a pleasure to communicate with. It’s nice after all these years going GTM continues to improve their business. Had an unexpected issue with my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and the harmonic balancer falling apart on me. The team was able to get everything replaced and also changed the oil while they were at it at a very reasonable price. All of this within about 24 hours too which made me very happy as it is my only car currently. Very happy to have this shop close to the house and would recommend them to anyone!

Brought my Forester in for the free 32 point inspection and to diagnose grinding noises. Mark and his team quickly diagnosed both rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced and did so same day even though they needed to order a part. Very impressive and pricing was absolutely fair. Have only brought cars to the dealer before, GTM auto moving forward. Thanks Mark!

We have taken 4 of our family cars to GTM over the years and we are very satisfied with the service we receive each time. They are very knowledgeable , straight to the point & also explain in lay terms for us non-mechanics. I never feel taken advantage of being a female customer either. They are professional and I recommend them to others.

Needed a tire repair, they said it was a valve stem and charged me for the service. A day later the tire still has no air, telling me they never actually checked the tire. I called because I wanted my money back now that I will have to tow it elsewhere to get service done and was told he won’t pay to have it towed back for him to look at, and he won’t be giving me a refund until I bring him a receipt from elsewhere stating it’s fixed. Won’t bring my business back to these lazy techs ever again.
