Guadalajara Tires

Place could be a 5/5... They are understaffed. I have called several times, hanging up after being on hold for 20 minutes. Once I got through, poor guy was talking like he was running a car auction. He has to talk quick, because he has more customers than employees... As a caller and customer, I just need 3 minutes... I was to get pricing on 3 tires types, the cheapest, mid range and high end. I know they have good prices, but have just 1 or 2 workers doing phone pricing and orders and I get my left nut that the new revenue will at least triple the salary of the 1-2 employees. Charge $1 on each tire sold, they likely sale 400+ tires a day, easily covers 1-2 new workers

So I was looking for a tire shop on Sunday, and some of the one's that came up on Google were closed except for this shop so I gave them a call and a lady named Diana answered the phone.and asked her for a price on a tire for a fiat and told me they had a used one but she could order a new tire for me and it would arrive Monday at 11:00am so gave her my info and sure enough she called me in the morning to let me know that she got the tire and I could bring the car when ever I was ready, so I went on the afternoon and also the place is called jalisco not Guadalajara no more, but found it anyway. So I asked one of the workers that I already had ordered a new tire from them and he said ok please pull your car forward and will take care of it for you, so I went to the office to pay for the tire and met Diana she was really nice and professional and gave me the price that she said over the phone no more no less and because some places say one price and when the job is they want to charge you an arm and a leg which to me sucks but not here I got legit and fast service even when it was pretty busy, so deffitnetly coming to this place from now on, and I highly recommended

Like always the workers service was amazing. They are professional and efficient. Although it was packed with people needing service for their vehicles, I drove in and right away was asked what was wrong. Got my tire fixed abc ready to go in about 45 minutes.

Highly recommended!!! They don't just specialize in tires. Had my car's tire, engine and AC fixed here at certain time in the past 5 years without breaking my wallet. Emilio and his staff were very honest and will help you as if you're a family. Very rare to find a shop like this nowadays.
