I scheduled an appointment today july first to have a routine preventative brake inspection. I left work early from Hillsboro for this appointment. When I arrived I was told that their computers were having issues and they had not physically written down the appointment. Then he proceeded to explain to me that typically people make appointments if they're having issues with their brakes. I explained to him that it was a preventative measure to ensure that I did not crash. He said that he would visually check them without taking the brakes off for inspection. He simply did not want to do the work and was not concerned about a customers safety. Or should I say former customer. I will not be back. I don't trust their service department. He then tried to sell me tires. This was a complete and total waste of time. So I took my car elsewhere and I am waiting to have the front brake pads replaced.

Just bought a 2016 Buick here. I was very impressed. No high pressure sales tactics. Gave me all the information I needed and all the time I needed to consider my purchase. Extremely friendly sales staff. Bonus, Bush now offers a lifetime power train warranty on any car with less than 100,000 miles. Have called service since the purchase. Very friendly knowledgeable staff there as well.

Keith, on the GM side, has always been very helpful when I've been there. Great guy. Haven't been to the Toyota side in awhile but when I have visited the service dept Bret Smith was exceptional. I recommend both dealerships

I HIGHLY recommend Washington Courthouse Guaweiler! I had the pleasure of working with Mark Everyone gave Great service, and Great Care. I went in on a Monday late afternoon and my purchase was Finalized Tuesday Morning. I brought my 9 month old daughter in with me and she was crawling all over the place, but EVERYONE was super nice and very professional. Their cars are also in Great condition with low miles Love my new car Thank you Mark, and Gusweiler Crew!!!!
