Dear GWC Wheels, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the experience I had purchasing my first set of rims from any company. I spoke with Jared over the phone, provided the year, make, and model of my car, and he assured me that the rims I was purchasing would be an exact fitment. Based on his advice, I also purchased the tires he recommended. However, when I received the rims, I discovered that they did not fit my car at all. The discrepancy was so significant that I had to spend an additional $300 on custom spacers from eBay to make the rims fit. This was not only an unexpected expense but also a huge inconvenience. I called Jared again to explain the situation, and he told me that all tire shops carry spacers. While I understand that some tire shops carry spacers, the spacers they had were not compatible with what I needed. I spent hours researching and searching online, only to find that the spacers required for proper fitment were not available locally in Illinois. This left me with no option but to purchase spacers online at additional cost. Furthermore, the lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing. My tire shop made sincere efforts to resolve the situation by contacting your team, yet no one responded. This situation is unacceptable, and I am truly surprised this hasn’t resulted in legal action lawsuits from other customers. It is incredibly frustrating that I was given inaccurate information regarding the fitment of the rims, and as a result, I had to spend an extra $350 on spacers to make the rims work. While I do receive a lot of compliments on the rims themselves, I cannot overlook the poor customer service and the lack of support in ensuring proper fitment. It is unacceptable that I was misled about the compatibility of the rims and left to handle the situation on my own. Dropped ball on me. If your company cannot ensure that the rims will fit correctly on a vehicle, it is important to communicate that clearly rather than making promises that ultimately lead to additional, unforeseen costs for the customer. I believe there is a major opportunity for improvement in your customer service. While you were quick to process payments and send invoices, when it came to addressing my concerns, I felt unsupported and neglected. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope you take this feedback seriously. The year is just beginning, and I trust that GWC Wheels will take this as an opportunity to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a better experience for future customers.

Gwg sold me black gold riverts rim for my 2017 Lincoln continental in 2023 I lost a center ring in 2024 part number 1Q121910F-1. I called to order a new center ring and the sales man was rude kept disconnecting the phone call. He kept saying they don’t have that center ring anymore without actually going to the warehouse and checking. I honestly never met anyone more lazy to do their job.. Now I am missing a center ring without being able to replace it because the sales man wants to be greedy and sale me a wheel instead. I don’t recommend buying from this company. I can’t find this center ring anywhere. I will never do business with these guys again.

GWG found my car page on Instagram and reached out about potential sponsorship program. I am so grateful they did , because I was in the market for new wheels that stood out from the crowd and they did not disappoint! We went with the RF1 Series in gloss black. But since my theme of my car was known for the white wheels, I took their set to my powder coater and did a two tone white and purple. And it POPS with the wheel design! The team from GWG wheels were very flexible and provided such amazing customer service. I highly recommend their brand and quality of product!

Fittin is near perfect. No issues. No, rubbing nose. It's exactly what I was looking for old school luck on the news for school's style. Easy to get in contact with super friendly staff out of this world. Not about experience at all. Can't wait to do more business with them in the future.

This will be my 2nd purchase from GWG Wheels. I have to say that there reps are extremely professional. There focus and goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
