If you buy a vehicle here, plan your maintenance elsewhere. Update 2/18/25: 2 weeks after the service, the lights have come back on, and the part that the multi-point vehicle inspection said needed to be replaced was not actually replaced. And to top it off, from the minute I drove away I had a squealing in my driver's front tire. Tech said brakes/tires looked good. Both my calipers were messed up and causing the pads to burn up and warp my rotors. No mention of anything from the tech other than "Brakes and tires are good" They also did not fasten the hoses for the engine air filter. I noticed this as I replaced the recommended filter when I got it home. 1/30/25 I started getting several messages about my tire pressure sensors not working, my coolant level being low when it was not, and my DEF system. I scheduled an appointment and did not hear anything for a day or 2. I then get a call saying that my extended warranty covered the tire sensors but not the DEF reservoir, pump, heater, and wiring harness and that I would have to pay $2,300 to get those repairs completed. She also said that my coolant level was low. I checked the coolant level every time the message popped up and it was never low, but I let it go and just planned on watching the inspection video that I normally get when service is being completed on my vehicle there. I then explained that when I purchased the truck, Rammie Govori sold me the extended warranty on the understanding that it was a bumper to bumper anything goes wrong it gets fixed. When I brought that up the Crystal Pickens, my service advisor, states that as a matter of fact the extended warranties do not cover diesels at all. I asked why they would sell me an extended warranty for a diesel vehicle if diesel vehicles aren’t covered and her response was “well I guess you need to talk to whoever it was that sold you the warranty”. This prompted me to get out my paperwork and investigate this warranty myself. All of the parts that she told me were not covered were listed as covered in the pamphlet that was given to me by Rammie. I sent pictures of that and she then got it approved. I then asked if the inspection video and repair recommendations could be added to my portal because I was still curious about the coolant. She responded that the DEF system repairs still had not been approved so she could not upload it yet. My response was “Well the inspection and repair recommendations do not change based on if my extended warranty covers them or not, so why can the video not be uploaded?” Approximately, 2-3 minutes later, the video was uploaded. I then called Don Korner, the Service Manager, as I wanted him to know how his advisor was treating customers. I left him a voicemail and still have yet to hear anything back from him. This made me feel like stuff was being kept a secret, I’ve always had the inspection uploaded and never had to ask for it. I watched the video, and the technician is telling me that the coolant reservoir and float inside needed to be replaced because they quit working properly when they get a little old. Finally! An answer that wasn’t bullshit about what was going on with my coolant. After watching the video, I then asked Crystal if she had added the coolant reservoir to the extended warranty claim and she said that the technician did not recommend it be replaced, he stated it was low on coolant. I then told her that is not what the technician stated in the video. It has since all been approved and is being completed. I feel like I had to do the service advisor’s job in order to get the necessary repairs done to my truck. If it wasn’t for me doing research and just taking the advisors word, none of it would have been covered by the warranty I purchased. With that being said, if you guys are going to offer and extended warranty, any employee that deals with that warranty should have a good understanding of what is/isn’t covered. Also, if they don’t know what they are talking about, to not speak on it at all.

DO NOT bring in your vechile in to these guys for maintenance or inspections. On 1/14/25 I brought my 2022 Silverado in because my wife experienced a very bad shake while traveling at 30mph. I explained the situation in detail, and also mentioned that the right tire was making a clicking sound while turning right. The service attendant stated that they would do a full check, alignment check, and inspection. After 5 hours at the shop, the service advisor said there was NOTHING wrong with the truck, alignment, or suspension. The very next day, I was headed to the gym and about killed myself after experiencing the SAME UNCONTROLLABLE SHAKE that I had brought the truck in for the previous day. I made an emergency stop at a Body shop and they immediately noticed the Chamber bolt was holding on by 2-3 threads. They were able to move the tire easily, with the weight of the truck and point out the issue. How this got passed the guys at H&H is BEYOND ME. They allowed me to leave the shop "because everything was fine". After speaking with management they took zero accountability of their repairs guy mistake and sent me pictures of different camber bolt stating "they were tight when we saw the truck". There is two Camber bolts, one in the front and one in the back closer to the door. The camber bolt that was loose was the back one, and their attempt at deferring form their mistake was sending me a picture of the front Camber bolt. Management and foreman are very very untrained and unprofessional. Avoid this place for repairs at all cost. They are NOT knowledgeable on Chevy vehicles as they claim to be.

I asked about a complete with filter change transmission service. The service writer told me they dont do them until after 100000 miles. He then told me that it needed to have a fluid exchange or the warranty would be void at fifty thousand miles. I informed him I purchase the truck in August and it was certified with all services current. I later found that was a lie told by HH salesmen and they dont do that service. When I picked truck up i was pointed in the direction of truck and told it was done. Truck seems fine.

Took my car to get serviced because it was shaking going from 2nd to 3rd gear. I was told I need a new transmission which would be $7900 got charged $200 for the diagnostic fee decided to leave and go take it to another mechanic for another opinion All my car needed was anti-shutter and my transmission fluid needed flushed $150 and my car runs perfect I will never bring my car to H&H again and they have lost my business for life.

Once again Crystal Pickens has taken care of me!! my last oil change she told me I needed new tires soon. so she looked some up then and quoted a price. a week later I get a bolt in a tire. A simple phone call and she had me set up to come in the next day to have them put on . thank you
