Last Month in June i bought my 2020 Kia Soul LX from them. I really love the car, it only had one previous owner, someone that leased an return it after there 2 year lease drove it 19k miles, it was certified pre-owned when I bought it.. they had all. The records an Carfax for when on it when I asked for them, ALWAYS ask for the Carfax an any other records that they have... it was a little expensive unfortunately but that has to do with the economy and availability of cars now right now. My brother co-signed for me, 3 year old car, 19k miles, excellent condition. With all the costs, title, reg., fees, an additional 10 year warranty I choose. They got us a loan from a local credit union, which was awesome for only 4%, $320 a month. I love it, it's not the color I wanted that I would of rather had, but it's called Inferno Red, I like it. when I bought it it was missing the rear board for the rear trunk area, something you really need for this car. an after I took it home I emailed with customer service back an forth, giving them the correct part number for it, they didn't understand that it was needed/missing however they finally ordered it for me and didn't charge me the cost of it. Just the the part it was over $275 just for the rear trunk board. I went down a week later to there parts department picked it up an fit just like it should. Thanks H&H KIA

While having trouble finding parts through the parts stores, I contacted a guy by the name of Aaron Burris. Aaron was able to find the parts I was looking for, was not easy but he was patient and pleasant to deal with. I have no problem coming back for more parts after my parts experience with Aaron. Thank you Aaron, and just so you know we got it driving again.
