Got my car towed in recommended by AAA club DRIVER Jr.,He said does great job, THE WOREST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR FIX!!! 1400.00 FOR OIL LEAK, BROUGHT CAR BACK BECAUSE CAR WAS STILL LEAKING OIL, STILL LEAKING OIL. SO I GO FOR 2ND TIME ,Hugo owner,ask me LOOK AT IT before picking up,WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. HE HAD WHOLE ENGINE PART! Part broken ENGINE NEED TO BE FIX COST 2500.00, SO ANYWAY I TOLD HUGO PUT it BACK TOGETHER, NEXT DAY HAD CAR Ready pick it up! Come to it, pick up the car it had dent back hood Great! THIS COST ME FIX DENT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY CAR. HE HASN'T FIX MY DENT,GIVE ME NUMBER CALL ,THAT HIT MY CAR! COST FIX 2500.00 PLUS I WANT REFUND! CAR NOW LEAKS COOLENT! CAR WORST THEN WHEN CAME IN! DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Worse place ever. Para mi Hugo se approvecha. He takes advantage of his customers. I understand everyone needs to make money. But he can’t say there’s one issue and then one of a sudden 10 more issues come up. And I’m not exaggerating. Sry I feel bad but I felt worse when he took Ada vantage of my family. No se arriesguen. No valdra la pena dice q tiene una cosa y despues sale con 10 cosas mas. Estoy tan molesta pero conmigo misma por creer en el.

Wow! This Mechanic is a LIFE SAVER! After being lied to by Firestone about my vehicle, it was hard to trust anyone again. So if you feel like I do, I DEFINITELY recommend H.S. Auto repair. They gave me peace of mind 🙏. I took my vehicle in because I was told by Firestone that I had coolant in a cylinder. Well this shop checked my engine and long behold NO COOLANT anywhere! It was just a burnt out spark plug. I will be for ever GREATFULL . They gained a customer for life.
