Such a disgusting scam place. I am so disappointed by their customer service. Went in for service dropped off the car there for a week and when I received the car i saw a scratch on my passenger door and curb rash on my passenger front wheel. Called my service advisor, didn’t answer my phone call. Left a voice note, never got back to me. Since they’re closed the next day, I reached out to them again the day after. My service advisor said he will take a look at it and get back to me. He got back to me telling me his manager said they cant do anything because I reported after a week. I don’t understand how it is a customer’s fault if they cant answer the phone calls. Never going back to this place and i prefer my readers to not go to this scam place unless you wanna get service like these and also hurt your wallet.

I came in to look at x5 or x7 . A gentleman named Nick was who they referred me to from the front desk. The front desk girls were lovely. I followed him upstairs to sit down and look at cars. I told him my budget told him my range asked him about a couple of color questions. As the conversation went on for some reason and attitude developed from the young man. I don’t know if he felt that wasn’t going to spend the amount of money that he wanted me to spend. I was under 70,000 was my price range. I asked a simple question about color rolled his eyes as if I couldn’t afford the $5000 color package it would be. Made me feel very Uncomfortable I got up and had a phone call went downstairs to ask the ladies at the front desk if they could just give me another person which they did. The gentleman was fine no problem, but I came over here from Smithtown because the girls in the office called me once every two days. So I thought that there were going to be an exuberant amount of cars to look at. Unfortunately They didn’t have a huge inventory.

My experience with BMW bay shore/ Huntington has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by deceitful practices and broken promises that have left me feeling utterly betrayed. When I purchased my BMW vehicle, I was assured by the salesperson that I was receiving a full warranty that would cover any issues that may arise with the car. However, to my dismay, when I recently brought my vehicle in for service due to a mechanical issue, I was informed that the warranty did not cover the necessary repairs and that I would be required to pay a significant amount of money out of pocket. This revelation was not only shocking but also deeply disappointing, as I had relied on BMW's word and trusted that I was adequately protected under the supposed full warranty. The fact that BMW would make such a blatant misrepresentation and then turn around to demand payment for services that should have been covered is not only unethical but also a clear breach of trust. It is unconscionable for a company of BMW's stature to engage in such deceptive practices and take advantage of customers who place their faith in the brand. Also to add I have bought multiple cars from both this location and I will never buy from here again. As a result of this egregious behavior, I am left feeling cheated, disillusioned, and deeply regretful of ever having chosen to do business with BMW. I urge potential customers to be wary of BMW's false promises and to proceed with caution when considering purchasing a vehicle from a company that clearly prioritizes profit over honesty and integrity.

Brought car in for oil change. Left & all was good and then shortly after check engine light came on and no remote start. Brought car in with the promise of a rental and no Rental available. Had to leave car for 2 days to only pick it up and still no remote start. Called manager Vinny and no call back! Terrible terrible service!

I highly regret giving this dealership my business, they are not willing to work with you AT ALL. They only care about selling cars, never what you actual want and they lost my second key on their behalf! Unprofessional service
