My car was impounded and when I got to Haddicks,everything went smooth, fast, and it was as if my car was at a babysitter. When I picked it up it was nicely and spaciously parked where I can maneuver it out of there without any problem. Can’t wait to check out their auction!!

Helpful driver. The staff were most friendly and helpful. The driver was knowledgeable and giving good advices regarding the vehicle and how to avoid the future breakdown. He really went out his extra miles to help customers out, comparing to other companies which just want to have good reviews and collect money.

Some rude old white lady was threatening me by telling me if my car doesnt sell for their price, they'll send collections after me. Dirty, shady and seedy place of business. One yard worker even told me that they go thru every car that comes in and pocket valuables and narcotics the owners leave in the cars. Not in the least bit a professionally managed environment.

In person Good Service👍👍☺️☺️, however if you call in the evening you will definitely get rude male answering your calls. Just don't bother just go in person make sure you have your VIN# or License Plates. They are pretty good in Negotiations. It's okay 👍👍👍👍 place in person only. This places are known to have disrespectful rude Employees.

Called in at 2:00pm to have my truck towed, it is now 4:30 so I decided to give them a call and see what the ETA was... another hour to 1.5 hours more maybe longer. I guess it's too much to ask for a simple phone call saying we a running behind instead of letting me wait 2 hours in this 111 degree weather.
