Hadley’s Towing

Driving on I94, 10am, Hadley driver didn't allow a semi to merge (when he clearly had space to get over and let the semi on) causing semi to almost go off the road and had to swerve down an exit. 20 minutes later the left turn lane was ending, we were in front of him, we're allowing cars to zipper merge, he swerves into the left lane, and then lines up with us and begins merging into us forcing us to slam on the brakes and swerve over so he can get in front of us? For no reason since he was literally BEHIND US. Completely unnecessarily aggressive driving with a brand new looking vehicle on the back. Would never use this company.

Joe Prokop was an absolute life saviour . Pure professional and customer service far exceeded what I was expecting . Please give this gentleman a raise , a gift card for a nice meal or a paid vacation off ! After being disappointed and stranded from a local competitor the day before ( Continental roadside assistance). We were feeling defeated and down with what was going to happen . We had two young children travelling with us and just wanted to get back home which was 6 hours away . When Joe showed up , he greeted us with a smile and gave us certainty that we would be back up and running . He delivered us on our promise and made sure to wait until we were on our way before taking off unlike the other competitor who was rude , seemed like he didn’t want to be there and was in a hurry to leave . Once again thank you Joe and thank you Hadley’s Towing for hiring Joe to take care of your customers ! Will definitely recommend this company moving forward . I give Joe 10 plus stars ⭐️

I had a great experience with them. They answered promptly and were very quick getting out to my wife who had broken down on the side of the highway. Very nice, friendly and informative about getting her car where it needs to go. I STRONGLY recommend them. Thank you!

I was shocked to see the way this individual was driving - in a company vehicle. The driver continued to block drivers attempting to merge into the left lane from the on-ramp. I myself, was almost run off the road by this driver as I attempted to merge from the on-ramp. Instead of allowing me to merge, the driver sped up next to me, deterring me from fully merging and causing me to slam on my brakes as my lane was ending. Very dangerous and unnecessary.

My experience with Hadley’s Towing was exceptional. When calling a towing company the circumstances are almost always less than ideal.
