Nick towed my car from Wixom to highland and couldn’t have been a more friendly helpful person! Thanks for making that super easy, it makes stomaching the bill a lot easier!

One of your drivers was riding my tail end for a good mile heading South on Pontiac Trail in Wixom right before West Rd (I was going at least 55mph in a 40mph)... naturally, I brake checked him to get him to chill out, especially being in a company vehicle, you would think he had some decorum but no, he becomes enraged, speeds up around me & swerves into me as if he's about to run me off the road & practically does... Then proceeds to ride up the middle turn lane from the train tracks to West Rd Intersect with his emergency lights on just to pass me & the car ahead of me, stopping traffic all while doing so. Mind you this guy has one of your larger freight tow trucks. We always use Hadley's, have for 25+ years, but knowing you hire drivers like the one I encountered 25 minutes ago, myself & extended family will be taking future business elsewhere.

Kyle was very delightful to work with! I called needing to move a customer's box truck from one service location to another due to issues with a disgruntled employee at the previous location. Kyle accepted my call and after receiving my email, jumped right in to get the job done. I could not have asked for better customer service and customer care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HADLEY'S TOWING!!!

We had gotten a service van stuck down a poorly lit very soft dirt driveway of a new construction project. Hadleys Towing came out at 2:30am and strategically pulled the 9600 lbs cargo van out. Super professional, extremely friendly and thorough. I’m extremely happy to be heading home in one piece thanks to hadleys! Highly recommend!
