I’ve attached a before and after photo of what our fuse box now looks like after it was worked on for a broken fan 17 months ago. What they did was unsafe and dangerous. I wish they would have told us this is what they were going to do to our car because we would have said NO ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! You should never bypass a fuse with a wire. This caused more damaged to the fuse box and we have more serious issue now. We trusted their work and never checked it until now because of a serious car accident this almost caused by the electrical shutting down while I was driving with my kids in the car. I’ve never seen this done to a car before to fix a broken fan.

The technician was excellent and expertly good. My dented bumper was fixed thoroughly and made sure it looks good new. Great service and it was done absolutely amazing. Service cost was reasonable. Fantastic quality of work was beyond great. Completed the service promptly.

I meant to do this a while back, but I had a great experience with this company. All around. I'm new to the area so finding a new car person/company was weighing heavily on me. I needed new tires ASAP and started my shopping process. I stopped at Discount Tire and they added a bunch of extra stuff that needed to happen due to not having the right tools (?) at a tired place that was weird to me. I went to this place and John was awesome. They worked with my schedule, gave me brand options for what I needed and had some great advice. Had no issues during the process. I asked about an adjustment to the balance of the tired and they rebalanced them and had me back on the road in no time. They will be my new car people. A big thanks to John and his team!!
