Hamilton's Tow for less

Extremely expensive. I was at jury duty, I did not see the QR code to pay for parking so I paid for parking at the meter which I guess was not the right spot (which is my fault) but regardless I did pay for parking. On the phone, I asked the guy if I show him my receipt for the parking can I just get my car and leave, he said YES and once I got there she said no we can’t do that because that’s not for that parking area which I understand but the guy on the phone clearly was not listening to what I was asking him. I don’t understand why it was 395$ for what. The “storage” fee was 70 bucks and the yard was empty like I was taking up so much space 😂 they didn’t even tell me prices in person, she just said cash or card like hey, maybe tell ppl prices so they can transfer money or do whatever they need. Not just throw a big a$$ price at us.

I don’t usually write a review, but this got my attention, exceptional service! My car needed to be towed from inside of a parking garage with a height limit of 7’9” this required a wheel lift tow truck. Dispatch called me and forwarded me in to the tow truck driver- The tow truck driver was helpful and very good at getting my car around tight corners and through multiple gates. Great job! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Just trying to have a good time with friends to find out their car was towed. When we approached my car the man that was towing (Jack) laughed and said my car was next. No one likes their car getting towed and instead of being considerate, he was very rude. In my head, I had imagined he was in a bad mood because I’m guessing he’s been towing non stop and probably getting into arguments non stop. But he told my friend it was going to be $450 which is absolutely expensive. Saying that he was giving us a discount…. When we arrived to pick up his car, there were two German shepherds and the lady that came to open the gate was rude and couldn’t control her dogs. The lady had told my friend a completely different price. Almost $700. The only reason my friend got a “discount”, was because he was persistent and they were tired of him being there. Want a place that’s gonna rip you off? .. you found one. Don’t believe me? Look at reviews and comments from them… immature and unprofessional.

They Towed my car from dennys. The tow driver was disrespectful and started laughing that he was towing my car. When I asked him how much it was going to be, he said it was $450. I asked him if I could pay the drop fee so they would not tow the car. The driver found it amusing that I was asking about the drop fee and said he was not going to drop the car and said "he was going to make my night difficult for me". I got a ride to the tow company, and once I got there they had almost doubled the price for the tow (7 mile tow). Went from being $450 to over $700, the car was not in their yard for more than an hour. When questioned about the price, the secretary could not give me a price breakdown on why the fees almost doubled. They could not even provide a itemized receipt to show the breakdown of what they charged me .this business needs to have their licenses revoked for business malpractice and should be investigated by the better business bureau. They should also give their driver a customer service course and pay for some anger management classes. With their absurd prices they are charging, they can afford it. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them.

This place in reality deserves 0 stars! They are very rude and don’t respect prices, they lie to your face when you’re simply asking how much the fees are. The man towing the other cars began saying profanities towards us. You get told one price by the driver as a “discount” price and then an outrageous price at the yard that nearly doubles. Several people were towed due to being parked at the “wrong establishment” some who were at the correct establishment still were towed. People showed proof of being at the correct establishment and were told that there was nothing they can do about it to go pick up their car at the yard. A friend was about to be get their car towed as well, and the man laughed in our face. Will definitely report to the better business bureau!!
