Well the name says it all… they got 2 stars because they were actually picking someone up. So the hammer head could have pulled back 5’ further and cars could get by. Best part the hammer head did not see the ambulance turn around. Hopefully everyone was ok. Your not an emergency vehicle. The exit ramp to rt.111 was backed up to Sunrise highway. I bet if you used that hammer head you could have found a way to not block the whole road..

This is by far the worst service you can ever use. Car was never picked up. They lie to you and tell you that your the next stop, 14 hours later no one shows up. Never use this company or I promise you’ll be sorry!! I wish I could take away the star and give negative. To make matters worse I get my car back after a nightmare and the tow truck driver stole my New charger and put his old beat up one in my car that doesn’t work. Especially because there is grease all over the charger and the dealership went through the video with me while they were working on my truck and no one touched it! Add insult to injury. Just pathetic

After my roadside assistance first used a company that I waited on 6 hours for until they just canceled. I got these guys and man night and day. Driver was in constant contact with me and was just dream to work with. Will highly recommend

Don't ever use this towing company ,he doesn't know how to talk and provide service ,I waited 3 hrs. after that he says he can't provide service, he lies after he got order from Roadside assistance he doesn't have correct address and phone number ,although he send me text ,he thinks we need him he doesn't need us.
