These guys are the best at what they do and really care about helping people, most tow guys get a bad name. At my worst time being in a car crash Tony handled everything the other driver didn’t want to give me his info but he took over and got everyone to exchange info, after my car was taken to his place of Business I didn’t need to do anything but call my ins company. My car was taken to a body shop they know and trust and came out perfect. I believe in reviews and when a Business goes out of their way after the fact It speaks volume.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The driver that was on the night of my mom’s accident might have saved her life. She was left in her car with no interaction from police or EMS until they showed up. The tow company not only found my mom alone in her car neglected, but they transported her to receive medical care after the police failed to do so. We will be returning customers for any other needs we may have in the future. They went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Got hit and the other driver ran. Handcraft Towing boss shows up out of nowhere. The truck wreaked of weed. Guy was nice enough but essentially got the the police to tell him to out my car on his truck so they could “see it” and then refused to leave my car where i wanted it and refused to take my car to my auto shop of choice. Basically stole my car under coercion and duress. I can the next morning at 9am and they told me i had to wait until noon and then 2pm and then they charged $1200, but didn’t tell me they only accept cash until i was in the office. The boss sounds meaner when his truck doesn’t smell like weed. I heard him cursing at other customers and lying to his own staff. Hopefully I’ll never have to deal with this company again. They’re just crooks like other predatory towing companies

Don’t ket them to pick up your car they are scammers they towed away run and drive car as well then for towing and store for days told me 875$

I am very highly disappointed to see this review by Nick DeSimone, not only is this a lie but it is a complete disrespect to the company and owner himself. The owner of handcraft towing has been nothing but helpful to every and any customer he comes across along with his workers. Communication and giving a clear explanation of everything is handcrafts biggest priority. Nick DeSimone is well know and notorious for leaving bad reviews, as shown in screenshots. It’s sad that a grown man takes time out of his day to leave reviews and try to ruin multiple businesses.
