I was welcomed by the sales manager Lizette. Store was very clean and tidy. Aisle were not of clutter. All merchandise had prices and with discount tags if that item was on sale. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will be doing more shopping there instead of driving to Bakersfield. (Bakersfield store on Rosedale is not so welcoming)

This is my favorite Harbor Freight in all of California. The people here are friendly and helpful. My parents usually stop by here to pick something up for me and when I can go in, it's always a positive experience. Keep doing a great job!

Great place to find all of hardware needs. Close by that I don't have to drive too far from my home and the cashier's are so friendly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time at this location but long time customer of harbor freight. First almost impossible to find or arrive with construction. Then come up to back of building with no signs. But it got worse. Maybe shouldn't have tried so hard to arrive. Not one person greeted or offered to help but one worker scolded me for my autistic son touching a spinning handle on a vise. There are no ad papers or coupons anymore. U have to pay to join savings club. Ad prices on shelf by product. Customer in front of me had to go get ad sign to get that price and then go put it back. Check out lady so rude and unfriendly. I only went to this location because they had tire i needed in stock. I usually go to Hanford store. Difference is night and day. I've been harbor freight customer for years in 3 states. This by far worst store I've ever been too. Didn't even seem like same company.
