They are fair and honest about what needs done to the vehicles and never pressure sell. We have been taking all of our family cars to Harris for many years. Brian has always been great to us. He hires great people like Joni and Aaron that care about the customers and make sure things get done right. Great mechanics and great people!

Always take care of me when I go in there, one thing I remember and am thankful for the most was when my chevy Colorado was on its last leg. I was going to get the engine swapped and then backed out when I saw the price of the repairs, (they have a cheaper price point then most other shops in Columbus when I got a wheel bearing done there it was $100 cheaper than every other shop) even after I backed out because I was just going to sell the car they were nice enough to not charge me for the inspection of everything. That really helped me out when I was already down bad from my car was falling apart, by not charging me I will always go back to them for that reason! When I went to Tiltons before to get the wheel bearing on my car inspected they tried to charge me $100 just to look at everything! Also said it was because they had to run some kind of machine to help them but I called bs on that and never went back to Tiltons! Harris automotive hands down some of the best and most honest mechanics in Columbus area!!!!!!

I just started coming to Harris Automotive in Maxtown a few months ago. Their service is amazing. The pricing on full maintenance/inspection for a full synthetic blend oil change service for my 2021 Hyundai Palisade was better than the dealership! Most recently, I’ve noticed a slow tire leak. I called this morning at 9:00, they had an opening at 10AM to fix. Only $25 plus tax. I was in and out. Their shop is very clean, very professional and courteous. There are two other shops in Westerville I’ve tried in the past for a tire plug. One is $39, another didn’t even want to take me, not interested. I’m highly recommending Harris!

Harris Automotive was incredible to work with in repairing my car. I had been using a national chain shop for many years (and have no complaints with their location) but they informed me that they were not able to perform a necessary repair and said I'd have to go to a dealership. After getting a ridiculously high estimate from the dealer for the job, a co-worker suggested Harris Automotive. Aaron and Joni were both communicative and easy to work with. They were significantly less because they were able to repair the problem with minor parts instead of trying to sell me an entirely new system. I will now be using them for my car maintenance going forward. Highly recommend!
