Was very good once I got past the girl who initially took my call. The service was excellent… They picked up my car from my house… diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly… and returned the car back to my house the same day! Could not have been more happy with the treatment I received! The initial call was a bit frustrating hearing all the things you couldn’t “guarantee” … and I sensed a bit of an attitude with that girl. But overall, it became an insignificant issue because of the excellent treatment afterwards! Very pleased with Hassett

This was my first service with Hassett Lincoln. What impressed me was the valet service that picked up and dropped off my car. The many texts from the service rep informed you of the arrival times of your loaner car, estimated departure time, when your car was ready, scheduling the return, etc. This was very efficient and eased my mind. I really appreciate the communications.

Went for a recall on a brake hose. Got a call that a part on my transmission popped off when they put it in reverse. I could pay $200 to have it fixed or get my car towed to my own mechanic as the car was not drivable. And wasn’t I lucky it happened in their lot? I found it hard to believe and felt totally held hostage. I had no choice but to approve the work. When I got the car they said they gave me a discount. So: The part was $4. The labor $100 and tax $9. They were only charging me $100 labor instead of $200. I guess I got off easy?!? I bought the car there and love it! But would not go back after feeling completely screwed over.

Easy peasy. Dropped the car off on Friday afternoon it was ready by noon on Saturday. Sean in service was a delight. Thank you for making my first service appt so smooth
