My first visit to Hassett Subaru Service Dept. Definitely not my last…. Kevin and Sean were extremely helpful. I have been to other dealers Service Dept. and I found this one to be the best one. My car had an electrical problem in addition to needing some routine maintenance. They did a great job diagnosing and remedying the issue. They were very courteous and professional.

It was a pleasure dealing with Glen from Hassett Subaru service department. My 2021 Forester Touring model needed it's 42 month service. After a mix up with a previously scheduled appointment, I was able to schedule service a week later. Glen was very knowledgeable and personable when explaining what the service entailed, as well as what the cost would be. The service was done in a reasonable time which made me very happy. I have used Hassett Subaru service centers for every service on my Forester and have always been completely satisfied and will continue to use their service center. I give them a 5 star service rating.

Service at Hasset Subaru was great. Kevin was very accommodating went out of his way to be helpful because the wait was very long. I bring my car to the dealer cause they know the car and they do a great job in servicing the vehicle.
