First, let me say that I find this place through a Google search, and I based my decision upon their reviews. I had a great first experience. From start to finish, everyone was helpful. I love how they send a digital report of their findings. The front desk woman (Ashley I think) was kind and so helpful. Eddie, the mechanic, was friendly and also helpful. I didn’t feel pressured into anything; my car had minor issues. I’m happy with my first experience here. I will be a returning customer.

I had a great experience with Haven auto repair! I got a very detailed rundown of the issues that my jeep had. Eddie was very kind and forthright which I deeply appreciated. Ashley was so very sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. I was never in the dark about anything. I would absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back!

My wife’s Sienna needed some repairs to keep her on the road and Haven Auto Repair came to the rescue. We had been putting off repairs because we couldn’t find a shop who we could really trust to give us an honest scope of what needed to be done in order for the van to be on the road safely. I had read the reviews of HAR and thought I would give them a try since they were pretty close to me. Called, made an appointment and informed the receptionist of our concerns regarding the minivan. Dropped it off on appointment day and everyone there was friendly and polite. Within a couple of hours I received a call with everything that needed to be done and even received pictures and a video of parts that needed to be replaced. Spoke with Justin and he quoted me a very reasonable price for parts and labor and he even arranged a loaner car for us to use while repairs were being performed. My wife picked up the van the next afternoon and mentioned that her 11 year old Sienna drove like new. We were very pleased with the service and attentiveness at Haven Auto Repair and will continue to be return customers when service or repairs are needed on our vehicles. P.S. Love the special touch of writing new customers names on the whiteboard behind the front desk.

Very personable and professional staff. They have a good connection with Hertz with a good discount on a car rental. They also offer a AAA discount. Haven's facility was very organized and professional. It had the feel of a dealership repair shop. Their workmanship is good and i did not feel that they were trying to take advantage of the situation like most garages will. I feel that there pricing is fair. The only negative comment I have is that they had my truck an extra day which meant I had to pay an extra day on my rental car. I would have no problem taking my truck back when It need repairs.

I recently took my 2014 Hyundai Azera (175,000 miles) to Haven Auto Repair for an oil change. Maintenance had been neglected, so I asked for my car to be thoroughly inspected for any repairs necessary to keep it running. As expected, it needed quite a bit. Justin explained what was necessary immediately for safety reasons, what would be wise financially so I wouldn't have to pay for labor twice, and what could wait for a future visit. So far, my car is running great! It sounds better and it drives better. Justin helped me form a plan to stay on top of the maintenance schedule for both of my vehicles. I found Haven Auto Repair to be very trustworthy and competent. Communication with Justin was excellent and very professional. I also appreciate the detailed report with pictures of the findings texted to me during the process. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. She informed me about the AAA discount and a discounted maintenence package that is available for purchase. I will definitely be returning and will recommend to my friends & family.
