Felicia answered my call, her team were amazing. I had a vehicle break down, they IMMEDIATELY assisted with the tow and storage, also had the vehicle towed for me the next following week to the place it needed to be at. This company is straight forward and understanding. I will be using Hawkins Towing anywhere in South Carolina that they are available and I need assitance. I am a dealer in Dallas, Texas. This company went above and beyond to make sure everything with smoothly, safely!!!!

They towed my son‘s car that broke down in a parking lot and insisted on $410 as a price with no room for negotiation. The tow actually cost $85. The rest was fees they added. He’s a 17-year-old kid who wanted to get his car back. They absolutely could have cared less. Not the kind of people I want to do business with. I would describe them as cold and heartless. I certainly would not recommend doing business with them. It will take me about four hours to sign the title over so they can take possession of my son‘s car. I don’t know who steals the car from a 17-year-old. I’m certainly not happy. They still could make it right. I hope they do.

He was prompt and pulled my car back onto the muddy road. He waited until I got onto pavement before leaving. He quickly processed my credit card for payment. I am very pleased how he got me out of a bad situation.
