Hayes Towing

Very scummy company. I was in a car accident and the police had my car towed to this tow yard. We had called previously to ask if the car was drivable if we would be able to drive the car off the lot and the woman who answered the phone said she didn’t care. When we got there it was a different story. One of the men there did not give me my keys and just said the car would not be drivable after I had asked for my car keys multiple times. Instead use DAVIDSONS towing who helped us tow the car back to my house for a reasonable price. My car was also able to drive so they completely lied about my car not being able to drive. The people at Hayes also rifled through my car when they went to grab my registration which was noticeable by how dirty they left my seats. Terrible customer service and terrible company.

I'd give zero stars if possible. The people who run this facility are some of the worst I have ever dealt with. Almost to the point of being unable to call them people because they have a complete lack of empathy for people. I contacted them about a shadow box that belongs to a friend of mine. She miscarried her twins and this contained one of the only ultrasound pictures she had of them. I was told repeatedly that they had removed the box from the vehicle and it was waiting for someone to pick it up. (Her family lives there while we live in Montana.) When someone did arrive to retrieve the shadow box, nit only had they not removed it from the vehicle, it was left in the car with the windows down and open to the elements. The ultrasound photos were completely faded and ruined, and are irreplaceable due to the facility now being out of business. If you require any form of towing I woukd highly recommend staying away from this dumpster fire of a company.

Hayes came out to tow my 32’ rv and the driver did some quick troubleshooting and fixed the rv! I still wanted to make sure it was truly fixed, so Arty, the driver, followed me to the mechanic to make sure it got there safely and to quickly get it going again if something were to happen. It saved me tons of money and hassle. I am very appreciative! It’s great to have a knowledgeable, friendly driver who goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Worst experience I have ever had with a tow company please never come here or give them business they are scammers!!! My gf got into a accident and the cop told her it would be free to get it towed to there tow yard so she did, when she went to pick it up they charged her $300 to tow it and $80 to store it (it was there for 2 hours), she finally got to the car and the yard guy would not give her the key even though she owns the car!!! He said it was not drivable and had to be towed home, the funny thing is when they towed it home they drove it onto the tow truck, car was perfectly driveable. As well as when she got there they had taken the registration out of her car and when they did they got the inside absolutely filthy the seat are completely ruined was tan interior now it black. They totally took advantage of her and her family PLEASE NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND VERY RUDE!!!!

Contacted this place about a towed vehicle and person that answers the phones is very rude unprofessional. Tells me the vehicle never was picked up by them CHP confirmed it was picked up. After going back and forth she says the vehicle was in there lot. This company needs to clean house with there employees.
