HB AutoSound figured it out. The old-school art of having outstanding customer service, and then backing up your words with actions. Jason and his team made my visit a pleasure, and made me feel like I was a priority every time I walked through the door. I originally stopped in to price out a new sound system, I ended up making a purchase at Best Buy, thinking I was getting a good deal. Well what I really received, was an incompetent installation and a bunch of headaches. I walked back in to HB Auto Sound, slightly embarrassed, and asked Jason if he could help me fix all of the problems that occurred from my Best Buy installation. Summarizing this as best as I can, Jason and his team were cordial and eager to help. Even though I didn’t make my original purchase at the store, the team made me feel as though I was a VIP customer. In addition to the great customer service, Jason also gave me a great deal. Just can’t say enough about this place. As a follow-up, I was confused as to how some of the functions on my new Kenwood system worked, so I stopped by right before closing, and Jason came out, sat in the car, and gave me a tutorial. All I can say, is that if you ever plan on replacing the stereo in your vehicle, or you are having problems with your current system, this is the place you need to go. Probably the most racial profiling experience I’ve ever experienced being on someone’s property! I stopped by to check the Silverado cabin and half cat eye they have out front they were closed. I was dropping off a car at Hyundai because I was in a tow truck spotted the truck across the street took a picture to take them on IG to tell them how much of a sick bill they have next thing you know guy run out the front door. Tell him I’m just checking out. The truck at me tells me you need to get off the property right now, don’t exchange the words getting the tow truck drive off starts taking pictures of me so I pull back in the driveway. Ask him if he needs any of my information demand a business card which we don’t carry usually I tell him I don’t have any. He tells me he needs one. I tell him I was only checking out the truck since I do have a 2006 LBZ 4 door long bed I want to do something similar to looks at me tells me it looks suspicious. Wow the truck has all the business information on the door. I have no mask just my hat and my uniform. Will never take my business there or ever set foot on the property ever again.

I had them installed kenwood stereo system with backup camera in my 1999 Lexus ES 300. Excellent job and now I have nicely fitted LCD unit in my 20 years old car. They also fixed my rear light which is not working for free.
