Car died near Anaconda on a trip to return home to Kansas. Called 10 auto repair shops and everyone said they couldn't help for two weeks or a month. Headframe said to bring it there way. At least we'd have a destination for the the car for the tow truck driver. They said they couldn't make promises to get to it. Next morning they called at 8 and said it was the fuel pump. We were back on the road by 11:30. They really saved the day. One warning is there is a 4% credit card fee. They have a cute dog that will wants to play catch with you. Austin was awesome and ran the codes even after the shop was closed. Highly recommend.

10/10 recommend Headframe!! I was on a road trip from Orlando FL to Spokane WA and just as I was passing through Butte MT the freezing cold weather caused my fuel pump to give out in my 6.0L. I called every shop around the area and nobody was able to help me for a few days, I called Headframe and explained my situation that I was just passing through and they got me in RIGHT AWAY. I limped the truck to their shop and Ryan had the pump replaced in a day but wanted to be absolutely sure the truck was good (wanted to cold start it in the morning and test drive it) so he kept it over night and even picked us up from our hotel in the morning!! This shop was super kind to me, the hospitality was through the roof and they were literally lifesavers!! We got back on the road and made it to Spokane in just a few hours!! THANK YOU RYAN AT HEADFRAME AUTO!!!!!

Similar to a previous reviewer, Headframe helped us while we are traveling out of state. We were able to get our front brake pads and rotors replaced in a few hours. Very friendly and at fair prices. Great shop. Thanks for the quality repair.

I was traveling through butte when my car broke down, I called on ryan at headframe auto to discuss preparing my vehicle. We discussed putting in oem parts, he told me he could do it, but that I'd have to stay an extra day. I booked another night at a motel and had my car fixed. I live 8 hours from butte montana, literally 2000 miles later the part failed in my car, he told me it was under warranty and to take it to my mechanic in my hometown to have the repairs done, which I did. Another 2000 miles later the same part fails again! Frustrated by this I called Ryan again, he basically told me it was no longer his problem. Come to find out he did not put in the requested oem part, but a cheaper substitute, which is why it keeps failing. I believe he took advantage of my situation, I am not a mechanic so I don't how to repair cars, I was traveling through and he knew I needed to get home, and he also knew how far away I lived. Knowing all this gave him the idea to do a quick fix instead of doing it right. I paid him a hefty $2500 to do the repairs I'm needing to redo every 2000 miles. I would not trust him! His honesty is fake. Go somewhere else if you want an honest work done. He is unwilling to help me in any other way other than me driving the 8 hours back to him to replace the part(with the same part that has failed twice by the way).

Was on my way from Washington to Wyoming and my car started having ignition problems, dropped it off, a and after having the car for almost 2 weeks then an hour and a half down the road it started having the same issue, didnt do the stuff they said that would and ended up having to have my car towed over 2 hours to a shop to get the problem solved by a shop who actually fixed the issue and not just throw a bandaid on the problem
