Absolutely the most thorough diagnosis I've ever had and they found the issue and fixed it. Always keeping me updated and getting approval to proceed. Mercedes are not cheap cars but they are heads above dealership tactics to get your money. Headlight was fixed and more that was found. This is the dealership alternative great job n Chris tried to save me money by talking me through checking on things....so don't hesitate they are great at Mercedes. Mr.Canty

My wife and I had an overnight hotel stay a few days ago in Spartanburg, SC to watch our daughter and her college volleyball team play a game later that evening. On my way to go for a morning walk on a local trail in the area, my wife's 2020 BMW X3 s30i, while stopped at a red light, failed to restart (the auto start/stop feature was on, causing the engine to quit while at a stop). It was dead as a doornail. A tow truck came, and they tried a portable jumper device to give it enough power to crank, but still no luck. My wife, back at the hotel, searched for local shops that work on BMWs and found the highly positive reviews on Heads Up Automotive, so we had the vehicle towed there. They had a full schedule for the day, but said they would work us into the mix. There was a power outage in their area when we arrived, due to a transformer issue nearby, which kept them from beginning work on the vehicle for a few hours, but they still worked us in and had the car ready for us to pick up around 3 p.m. that afternoon. Turns out it was just a bad battery. Alli and Bailey were the main two individuals we dealt with, and they could not have been more professional, helpful, and kind to us. Alli even offered to drive me 10 minutes away back to our hotel, and I took her up on that offer. Upon advising us that our car was ready and sending us a text with a detailed diagnostic check of the major aspects of the vehicle, Alli offered to come back to our hotel to pick both my wife and I up to take us back to their shop to get our vehicle - that's above and beyond kindness and service. We thanked her but advised that the mom of a teammate of our daughter's who lived in the area was going to bring us to the shop. Everyone at Heads Up Automotive couldn't have been more polite, professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to identify the cause behind my wife's car quitting at that red light earlier in the day and get us back on the road in time to watch our daughter and her college volleyball team's game later that afternoon. I highly recommend them for service on your European vehicle if you live in the area! They were wonderful from start to finish. Our daughter's team (Winthrop University) won both of their volleyball matches, too!

Chris and his team are helpful, responsive and just great to deal with. my wife and I purchased a car for a weekend driving and Chris and his team gave it a post purchase inspection made recommendations on what needed to be serviced and waht looked good. We tackled some of the top priorities. He made the whole process very easy. I feel very comfortable working with them, and will do so in the future.
