I purchased my Headwater seat covers about a year ago now. I am an avid hunter and hunt all year round. We are in and out of the truck none stop and my covers haven't shown a stitch of wear and tear or fading. When I purchased I was aware of there timeline on getting them. As it got close the owners called and said they were waiting on material. I was worried rolling into hunting season of not having covers, and told them. They were so awesome and let me upgrade to the thicker material to meet the timeline. They were in constant communication with several emails verifying my order and everything I wanted before they cut them. Installing them was a little bit of a fight but it's EXACTLY how you want them to fit. Tight and don't move over time. They look so awesome and I get compliments on them all the time. As i got into my truck today I noticed that my seat cover still looked as good as it did the day I installed them. They are not the least bit faded. The fabric is still tight and not stretching or sagging (this is really impressive considering I continously have the pockets and scabbard full of gear). I have been using that truck daily for over 5 yrs now (136k miles) with those seat covers. I work on the railroad,I have kids, I have pets, I hunt, I trap, I fish, and I partake in many other outdoor activities that are not tradionally associated with one getting dolled up in his best Sunday attire if you know what I mean. Even with all that my seat covers, which include all the accessory pockets and scabbard options available, are still holding up beyond what any reasonable expectation would be for the wear and tear they are put through. That is why I am taking 5 minutes out of my very busy day to post this review. Are the covers more expensive than the $200 ones you get at cabelas? Yes, but maybe when someone reads a review from a tight wad like myself, who doesn't typically write reviews, they will give some business to a company who has put the quality and effort into a product to EARN your business. Then Headwaters Seat Covers can continue putting a product on the market that compares to nothing else that is available. Companies like Headwaters Seat Covers should be viewed as the example to all other companies in quality and meticulous attention to detail in design. Keep up the good work Headwaters Seat Covers LLC! You will be hearing from me when I upgrade my truck again in the future. Update: Just ordered another set for my new truck. When I took the my last set off for the first time since installing them 5+ yrs ago the seats underneath looked brand new. I was shocked. They even kind of smelled new. I took that truck in to be appraised for trade in value without even having to vacuum the seats. Absolutely unbelievable protection is what these seat covers provide!
