I had a truck break down in New Albany, Oh. I couldn't find anyone to look at it then I call these fine folks. He sent a guy to look at the truck then when it couldn't be fixed there. they went back got a tow truck towed it to the dealer in columbus, Oh. And was more then reasonable. Bill is One of the coolest guys I've gotten to meet. He went out of his way to help me. I never met him.before. I truly believe this man is a standing legend. Probably worth just keeping your mouth shut and hearing what he has to say because it's worth gold. And I absolutely love that. Very cool guy! Thank you Bill. on Friday 9/15/23 our Class A Motorhome broke down at a rest area on I 71 just north of Columbus. After waiting on Road Side Assistance for over 20 hours and 5 different towing companies which were all no shows, on Saturday we called Bill to see if he could tow us to a repair service center. He was very helpful and friendly on the phone and indicated he could be there around 2PM. He arrived at 2pm, hooked up and towed the RV to the designated repair center. Bill was very professional, friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Bill and Heavy Duty Truck and Equipment Services to any one that needs assistance.
