I had the best experience at Hello Mazada of Valencia! I leased a vehicle 3 years ago from this dealership because Ernesto Macias went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted and no other dealership did. Now I purchased this car and Jessie Ruiz was amazing at helping with the transaction. All went so smooth. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely go back for my next purchase.

Brando was able to help me get the car I wanted! He was such a great salesman and it was quick and easy. This was the quickest I have been able to buy a car without any added fees. Brando was very nice and helpful!

Hello Mazda service for me is good bye Mazda, we came to do service for our CX5 Mazda and for some strange reason, we got an invoice with someone else's information VIN number, color, year is all different. In other words, the invoice we received has the name, address and vehicle information for a gentleman that lives in Stevenson Ranch. This is the first time we have taken our car to this Mazda service. We were told that they do not know how it happened and did not provide a corrected invoice. We were told that they will e-mail us one.

Oh my gosh!!! THE BEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET IS SCOTT, he is SOOOO awesome, so nice and above all else super helpful, he communicated the whole time with me, walked me through the process sent videos and pictures of the car. I drove about 3 hrs to get this car because he was so nice, and I would drive 3 hrs again to buy another car from him. If you ever come to this car dealership go straight to Scott and you won’t regret it

First I want to say that I had a fantastic sales experience a year ago at Hello Mazda and after talking to a few people waiting for their cars in service, they equally had the same experience so they definitely stand by their marketing. I came during their construction period and from sales to finance, the team was up front, honest and didn’t try to charge me any mark ups or pay for any coatings or add on products to the sticker price which many dealers were and in some cases are still doing in 2023 using the “car shortage” as an issue. Now for service… We went in about 2 weeks ago for service and had a minor issue. Alex , the service manager was very gracious and understanding of our frustration and quickly remedied the matter. To some our issue would have been brushed under the rug. These people are very honorable and highly recommend you see you see them for all your sales and service needs. Not many dealers and service centers today treat their customers this way and I own a few luxury cars! Thank you Hello Mazda, Alex and teams !
