I just picked my wife’s sub from this place. I bought it for a Safety Recall. It was about some brake issue. A light poped on a couple of days ago. Yet they didn’t fixed it. They wanted to charge me for the diagnostic FOR THE SAME LIGHT I CAME FOR. AND THE LIGHT THAT COMES ON THE SAFETY RECALL LETTER. STILL They charged for THE RECALL SERVICE and i just had an issue with the reverse shift which i had never had before. Never!!!!! They must have done something on the transmission I just dont even trust my pregnant wife to drive the car. I just don’t trust this place. PLEASE DON’T EVEN THINK OF COMING TO THIS PLACE

Mercedes service Bayside NY location was a pleasant surprise. The facility was pristine, and the staff, especially George and Wendy, were top-notch. Wendy's exceptional service was a highlight. She was incredibly helpful, providing clear and timely updates throughout the process. I was also impressed with the loaner car—a brand new C300 equipped with a sunroof and adaptive cruise control. It was a perfect temporary replacement for my GLC300, which has similar features. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this location.
