This company has some very aggressive and rude employees. They also are liars who will find any loop hole to not tow your vehicle on a Friday by saying one thing on the phone and then writing something completely different on paper. I had to rent my own U-Haul trailer and have a friend drive 2 and a half hours so I can tow my vehicle.

I had a tire blowout on a crowded freeway, and after a good samaritan motorist helped me get off the freeway and into a safe spot, I called the Auto Club.
