We needed some work done on our Volvo while we were on vacation, and the after-hours drop off process was very easy and secure. They took great care of our car and Robert, their service writer/manager, communicated with us whenever he had an update and was available whenever we had questions. Their pricing is very fair, too. It feels good to support an independent, locally-owned auto repair shop and we will definitely go to them again in the future!

Is it possible to enjoy taking your car in for service? Yes! I’ve been taking my Mercedes E350 into Helmut and Vito’s since 2009. The service is fantastic and Adam and Robert are so personable and professional! I’ve never had an issue with their service and their care and concern is amazing! They are like family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Helmut & Vitos has been servicing my 1987 Porsche 944 since 2016. Recent service involved diagnosing no start issue due to bad ECU and installing new stainless steel braided brake lines. Car runs great with consistent brake pedal feel. I definitely recommend H&V! In fact, they also take car of my 2004 MB E-320 sedan with over 200K miles. Thank you H&V!!

These guys did nothing for me but rip me off. They kept my Audi A4 for about 7 days and didn’t fix a thing but then charged me $700 for their diagnosis. I had a fuel sending unit issue requiring the purchase of the whole gas tank which according to them was going to cost $4300 so I said no. Audi wanted $5800 and their diagnosis within two days was $289.00. Don’t go to Helmut and Vito’s it’s a rip off !!! Response 02/02/2025 Well thank you for that response kind Sir and I hope when people read this they can sense the arrogance and entitlement in your message but hey you’re the owner so that’s expected. My question is what the heck did your guys do the first day I was there that Wednesday January 15th or the second day or the third day or that next Monday. When I spoke to your guy Adam he told me that it could possibly be a 600-800 dollar job in completion but he wasn’t 100% sure in cost n I respected that part. No one said anything about a diagnosis fee if nothing is found and certainly no one mentioned anything about it costing an additional fee to look into it further cause I would’ve told you guys hell no! So perhaps there was some miscommunication instead of you blaming me and tell me what I should expect. I spoke to several foreign mechanics before and after leaving your shop and surprisingly they all said that yes indeed the fuel sending unit is part of the gas tank but it can be repaired separately without the dang gas tank. So of course you guys just went about it the corporate way just like Audi did the first time and didn’t even attempt anything else or even think out of the box to try and help me because hey ya got a business to run right never mind the small customer. In the end the total with you guys would’ve probably been the same as Audi was charging me. You guys came highly recommended so I went with you ignoring everyone else. Shame on me …thanks but no thanks Sir, Mr Owner.

I am very pleased with the service I received. They were very responsive and maintained open communication about the status of my repairs throughout the process. My car repairs were done within 48 hours of dropping off my car. I will definetly use them again. Their attention to detail and personable attitudes helped ease my anxiety in getting my car repaired.
