I bought 4 Bridgestone Dueler H/L 400 , P235/55R19 tires from this place on 11/23/2024 for $760 cash. I asked for a receipt but they refused to give me the receipt saying because I paid in cash. a purchase is a purchase paying cash or credit, right? I was told I can always come back if any problem with tires .This is not the right way to treat customers or the way to do business.

This store is not as good as the reviews say. I bought 4 tires here on July 19, 2024. The owner sold me stock tires that had been stored for 2 and a half years. They were produced from the fifth to eighth week of 2022. I went to the owner to change them to tires produced in 2023, but he refused to change them and told me that this was normal. He also told me that they were not produced in the eighth week, but in August. He was not very honest. Well, I just want to remind everyone that if you come here to buy tires, you must pay attention to the production date. Don't buy tires that are more than 1 and a half years old.

I came here a couple of months ago for two front tires for my Cadillac. Unfortunately I was not able to leave a review due to a glitch with my phone. Now I am back again at Hempstead Discount Tire getting four tires for my Ford Explorer. Ernie is a great guy and his prices are the best around. Honesty from the time you walk through the door to do business until the job is totally finished. Pay Ernie a visit for your tires.

Great experience today, stopped by to pick up 4 new tires, have them mounted & have all 4 of my tpms sensors changed, service was quick with a very fair price!!
