Henderson's Line-Up

Our Itasca Sunstar is ten years old, but like new except for the suspension, I’ve been watching the Henderson’s videos on YouTube for several years and finally decided to get this Bad Circus Ride fixed! Our experience with Henderson’s was five stars from the start, by making the appointment by phone to the final RPA (road performance analysis) at the finish! We got there on a Sunday and was met by Carl the caretaker who helped direct us as where to park and where to plug in for power. Monday was check in time along with four other RV owner’s, and the staff took care of the crowd quickly and efficiently. Our Service Advisor-Randall was very professional and explained the process completely. Our Lead Technician Eric performed the initial RPA and the final RPA and oversaw the work by Technicians Donovin and Neil and performed a large amount of the work himself! The work we had done was extensive and took two and a half days, we left Wednesday after lunch. We were very happy with the outcome, and since we are into our eleventh year living and traveling in our Motorhome, we hope to enjoy many more with the new and very improved ride. We took our 2024 cougar midnight edition 316 RLS to Henderson’s lineup for the comfort ride slipper Springs. They were excellent to deal with and would recommend them 10 out of 10 times for anyone looking for a quality shop to perform the service. Hendersons people are very friendly And knowledgeable. We are very pleased with our decision to use them and will be returning in the future when we upgrade to disc brakes.

I highly recommend Hendersons Line up. I took my Monaco in for their RPA performance assessment. They even did a four corner weight. They installed the safety-T-plus with the Super steer trim kit on the front suspension. Then installed MCU’s on all 8 airbags for body roll. The end result was coach driving like a 6 before and now a 10. I traveled here all the way from Florida and I’m so glad I did. The coach now drives like a dream. Hendersons are the best. We came up from S.Cal to get a major upgrade on our 5th wheel suspension. From check into departure they are top notch. We we were told 3-4 days. Job was completed by day 3. Our technician Neil was super helpful and did an amazing job. I had specific technical adjustments that needed doing and they accommodated and were so knowledgeable. A 2000 mile round trip and so worth it. I will be back for all routine service!!

I highly recommend Henderson‘s lineup. They did such a great job on my truck. my truck was done on time and quickly also professionally one thing that happened to me was there was a $263 credit they owed me that I knew nothing about. They contacted me wanting to know how to return the money. I was so appreciated that I showed everybody.
