They could have easily ripped me off because I dropped my Mercedes off thinking the heat wasn't working, but something had just been pushed. They didn't charge me! They have fixed every issue with my old Mercedes for a very fair price, fast and honest. Because of the honesty and integrity these guys have always displayed, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Recently had the upper and lower ball joints replaced on my '99 Lincoln Town Car by Aloe Tech on New York Ave. (excellent repair shop), but it required an alignment which they don't do. They took it to Trio Auto Repair nearby which had just installed new alignment equipment. When I picked up the car, Aloe Tech gave me a printout of the before and after alignment specs for camber, caster and toe. When I drove the car in the middle lane (to avoid outer lane slope) of Rte. 135, I immediately noticed it drifting to the left. I took it back to Aloe Tech and the owner, Frank Aloe, was very apologetic and said he would take it to Hendrickson. When I got the car, the front suspension seemed "tighter" and the car tracked perfectly straight. When I reported back to Frank Aloe, he again apologized, believed that either the new equipment at Trio was not set up properly or the technician was inexperienced, or both, and stated that he learned his lesson and henceforth will take all customer vehicles requiring alignment to Hendrickson. Great job by Hendrickson!......Thank You.

Admittedly my business with Hendrickson Car Care was completely unexpected, but undoubtedly fantastic. Hendrickson’s was called at random to tow my car after being totaled in a nearby accident. Shaken up, hurt and alone I was met with such kindness and sincerity. The gentleman who retrieved my car spoke with me in a soft and genuine manner, assured me everything would be okay and he was available to me at any time, should I need anything. He saw I couldn’t get my car keys off the keychain because my hands were shaking, and kindly offered to do it for me. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone that day and the next, saved me a tremendous amount of guesswork and trouble; this having been my first time in an accident and totaled car I was completely clueless. Took time out of his day to help steer me in the right direction (bad pun) and made sure I didn’t forget anything. If not for him I would’ve released my car with all my personal belongings in it! To top it off, they helped me remove my plates and wished me well. I regret not asking anyone’s name to offer proper recognition, as my mind was in a million places, but I am extremely thankful and feel lucky to have dealt with them. Should I need any work in the future - hopefully not - this is where I’m going.

My car wouldn’t start, thought it was a problem with the starter and had it towed in. Turns out I had put an underpowered batter in, they tested it and replaced the battery. Very honest and professional
