Driving on I-30 and car completely died without warning. Me and 2 other adults plus a one year old. Jim was amazing and not only took care of the car itself but helped us get to our accommodations so we weren’t stranded.

Amazing experience with Hensley's. We broke down on a Saturday and they came to get us. It wasn't an easy diagnosis, but they took the time to dig into the problem and got it fixed. Very reasonable pricing too. Thanks Hensley - you really saved the day!

I highly recommend this Company. Fast response time 20-30 min. In Dayton, the wait could be 1 hr to a day. My story: Last Dec. while visiting family during a snow storm, I got a flat tire on a 4wd SUV. I had never changed a tire on 4wd. I had to call AAA and I got assistance with a tow truck driver from Hensleys. The young gentleman went above the call of duty to help me. He pulled my spare and came to find out it had a bad rim. We'll then, he pulled my flat tire after not being able to repair it since it's rim was damaged and put it in my dau. n laws car so we could take it to a repair shop. I am forever grateful for his assistance.

Andrew helped us find a shop to get our car worked on after we broke down. He gave us a ride to the shop and was super helpful and thoughtful. Very thankful for him and his service!
